  Steaks are so great. I've been coming here for 10+ years, about 3x pet year, and it had never disappointed. French onion soup is so good as an appetizer. Don't miss this place.

  Jackson Grill provides a small, intimate dining room and bar with good acoustics -- it was quite packed tonight but the noise was sufficiently diffused.
  
  I dined alone this evening at the bar without a reservation. In the future I'd recommend making a reservation unless of course like me you make a last minute decision to dine out. The service provided by the bartenders was excellent. Even with the influx of people and only the two of them I was never ignored or inadequately served.
  
  Oh, the food! Excellent, period. The steak was truly prepared well -- medium-rare and it was one of the best I've ever had anywhere. I'll be back again in the future Yes, some of the items are fairly expensive but they're comparably priced per similar establishments. That said, you get what you pay for. I got an excellent, well cooked meal from start to finish.
  
  I'll definitely return to this establishment again.
