If you have an experience like we did once, I arrived and other than ordering a drink the wait staff made choices for a party of 9 dinners and I can't believe the assortment, variety and - he had listened enough to our conversation about the food, his choices were well matched to our desires. Have no idea how he pulled that off.
Like all high end restaurants, things are mostly a la carte. Wines to meet every taste, even very, very expensive ones.
